As an Enterprise Sales Specialist for CRM and Omni-channel Software Solutions, you will drive the sales of our innovative solutions to businesses aiming to enhance customer experience and streamline multi-channel operations. Your role includes understanding client needs, demonstrating product value, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospective clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel sectors. Build and maintain a pipeline by generating confirmed leads through networking, partnerships, and industry research.
  • Product Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging and customised demonstrations to showcase how our CRM and omni-channel solutions meet specific client needs and enhance their operations.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from first contact to closing. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalise agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape in CRM, retail, and e-commerce technology to refine sales strategies. Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue projections, providing management with insights into client needs and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in CRM, retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel software solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and omni-channel software; SaaS sales experience is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
