Our Cancellation and Refund Policy


At VR99, we are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with the services we provide. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellations or refunds. Below are the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds:

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice via email to info@vr99.co.in.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 business days prior to the commencement of the service or as stipulated in the service agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If VR99 fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal factors.
  • For services canceled before commencement, a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid will be issued (10% will be retained as administrative fees).
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially delivered, or if the project is canceled after it has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (e.g., software licenses, eBooks, templates) once delivered or downloaded.
  • Appointments or consultations that have already been scheduled, unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Software licenses, subscriptions, or third-party fees purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Completed or partially completed deliverables.
  • Custom development and integrations once work has begun.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

5. Disputes

In the event of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, VR99 will work closely with the client to resolve the matter amicably. However, VR99 reserves the right to make the final decision based on the terms of the service agreement.

6. Changes to Policy

VR99 reserves the right to amend the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our official website.
