About the Role

VR99 is looking for a skilled Odoo Consultant to join our team and play a key role in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and support. As an Odoo Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, configure Odoo solutions, and ensure smooth system integration. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored Odoo solutions
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business needs
• Collaborate with developers to enhance Odoo functionality and create custom solutions
• Provide training and guidance to end-users for effective system adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Odoo implementations
• Perform data migration, system integration, and workflow automation
• Create detailed documentation on business processes, configurations, and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and updates to improve implementation strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• One or more years of experience in Odoo implementation and consulting
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP workflow optimization
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo.sh is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
